A grand jury for allegedly abusing their 1-year-old kid, who had gone missing. Reports from WIAT-TV In relation to the alleged abuse and murder of her son,

Kahleb Collins, Wendy Bailey, 23, was charged with one case of severe child abuse, four charges of first-degree domestic violence, and one offense of abuse of a corpse.

 

Along with one count of obstructing prosecution, her father, John Bailey, is also charged with the same offenses. The indictment, which was filed on April 15 but was just recently made public,

Claims that Collins was physically injured by Wendy Bailey many times. Collins was “restrained and/or suspended from a ceiling and/or from another inanimate object” and subjected to torture,

 

According to one of the assault charges against her. Another count claims the kid was chained to a chair and had injuries that were “dangerous to human life.”

After an automobile accident involving 40-year-old Bradley Collins and 2-year-old Ryleigh Collins on December 8, 2024, the inquiry into Collins’ disappearance got underway.

 

Wendy Bailey survived despite being in the car as well. Bradley Collins lost control of his car when the road curved as he was traveling at 92 mph on a street with a 45 mph speed limit,

Officials from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office began looking for the youngster on December 9, 2024, after learning that Bradley Collins and Wendy Bailey had another child.

 

Who had gone missing. An Amber Alert was promptly issued for Kahleb Collins. Collins was last seen on September 4, 2024, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

In July 2024, Bailey reportedly “engaged in conduct which created a grave risk of death” for her kid, according to court records that WIAT released.

Bailey reportedly received a text from Bradley Collins saying that he “was going to kill Kahleb Collins” along with a picture of the youngster “hanging aloft with a rope with blood present on his body.”

Kahleb Collins was purportedly seen on the ground in another photo with Bradley Collins’s comments that said, “He want move” and “I’m so sorry.”

“He just looks wore out and tired and hurt hopefully that’s all,” Bailey said in response to Bradley Collins’ subsequent message stating that the kid was moving his body.

 

The lawsuit states that Bailey “failed to intervene or notify law enforcement after she was made aware of the extreme circumstances and assault that had occurred to Kahleb Collins.”

According to further accusations, she allegedly put Kahleb Collins’ corpse in a bag outside a storage facility before transferring it for “final disposal at an unknown location.” His remains are still missing.
